Newman Court Apartments Develops A Web PresenceJuly 8, 1998 -- Newman Court Apartments, of Pontiac, Michigan will launch its world wide web site today at http://www.newmancourt.org. Newman Court Apartments is a multi-family housing community for low-income families. The complex includes 172 units, a Computer Learning Center, a Community Building, and a play area for young children. It was awarded the Beautification Award for several years from the City of Pontiac. On its new homepage, Newman Court Apartments will keep its residential community abreast of its Computer Learning Center course schedule, residential information, and social programs. The wider community will have access to information about our application process, and numerous web-links to local and state-wide resources. As a participant in the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development's ("HUD") Neighborhood Networks program, the Newman Computer Learning Center will showcase student projects, community partners, corporate sponsors, and any media coverage our programs receive. Also, look for recent updates from our Drug Elimination Grant Coordinator. Learn what Newman Court Apartments is doing to insulate its residents and the surrounding community from the painful effects of drugs and alcohol. Finally, learn about our Board of Directors, a group of professional men and woman who have served the Pontiac community individually and collectively for many years.
